P4000 iSCSI network configuration

I have a 2-node Cluster with network Raid 1. Node A is using a 2x10Gb Bond, node B is using a 4x1Gb Bond. I want to reconfigure node B to 2x10 Gb, similar to node A. 10Gb NICs are installed in node B. Can this be done while the systems are running?
