P4300 G2 lost username and password

Hi

 

I have a P4300 G2 3.6TB SAN server which we are unable to access as the username and password have been lost.

 

I've managed to access the support shell but it requires a further password

It shows a mac address: 3c:4a:92:f8:9c:34  is this access only provided via telephone support?
