Windows 2016 operating system on the storeasy server could be reinstalled using recovery DVD available for download at the following web link:

Refer to page 96 of the server administrator guide for information on system recovery:
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00028243en_us&docLocale=en_US
Be clear about what is the end goal/impact before proceeding as these steps are irreversible.
