SV 3200 Serial USB cable

Is there a part number for the Serial USB cable?

I managed to mess up my SV3200 by making a change to the MGMT port IP config using the Management GUI.  (Did not realize it would let me make the unit unsuable)

Anyway I think I might have to re-image it or at least access to serial ports to try to fix the IP on the MGMT ports.

I tried to SSH to the controllers.  Got a login prompt - entered user name but then the connection closed.

I found a USB cable with the correct connectors and connected it to a windows laptop but did not see the COM ports I was expecting in device manager.  I also downloaded the installed the drivers rcommended in the SV3200 user guide for the Serail connection.  Still no COM ports being seen.

I would like to eliminate the cable as an issue.  But any other thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks,

Bill
