The device is already updated but still confuse why this problem still occured and also the snmp feature cannot be enable as well with snmp object not found error message.

SolutionThe system software is up to date, so I think all patches is already installed.
Anyway this case is already solved by HP Support Team.

Issue :
Email configuration for a Management Group not available in the CMC for a HP StorageWorks P4300 G2 7.2TB SAS Starter SAN Solution
Recommendation from HP :
We installed Patch 10105-00 -- Alarms not available in the CMC
Fixes
CMC displays "Warning: Alarms may not be available" that prevents online upgrades, CLI commands and support bundle from working.
After which we were able to configure Email alerts on the Management Group
Please let us know if you have any other issue with P4300 unit
