VSA Store Virtual 2014 Install patch error from 12.8.00.0102.0

Goodmorning,

I'm trying to install all Patches for my VSA Store Virtual 2014 (58007-00 and 58008-00) but i receive an error:

Management Group has the following issue: Waiting for the management gateway to return the alarms for management group .. Canceling all further installations.

My actual software version is 12.8.00.0102.0

This is an HPE bug as reported here:

the resolution in the article said: contact HPE support for installing the patch.

I tryed but my product went out of support so hp can't solve my problem.

can i resolve the issue in any way? anybody else has this problem?

We need to log into the backend of the Node for which we would need the support keys.

Hence, we need to raise a support ticket for this issue.

We managed to resolve the issue.

We have delete all cluster and recreate all from scratch. 

After that, we were able to install all the patchs. 

the day after, an Hp employ call to inform us that he could solve the issue by deleting some logs in a specific folder.

Briefily, the bug create a lot of log files in this folder (the folder is in some place that i don't know, only hp can access it if i understand correctly) and when you try to apply the patch there is not enougth space and the installation fail.
