Auto Port Aggregation APA HPUX 11.31

HW: rx2660
OS: HPUX 11.31 (Foundation Lic)
Support: 3 year Support Plus 24

I need configure APA the information the HPUX 11.31 say APA include with (BASE HPUX 11.31) why install APA with Foundation or why change de Licence.

As far as I know it is available for HP-UX 11i v3 OE
