It will show in the PCM events that there is an issue with that device other than that will it be removed ?

Not sure if it would eventually remove the device after some period of time (60 days perhaps), but I would not want it to do that.
How can you tell if something is removed or just failed?
Best to delete devices manually that you know are removed from the network.

SolutionIt will show as "Unreachable" with a red cross mark against it in the PCM tree/Map views.
AFAIK, till version PCM 3.1, it will NOT be removed automatically. You need to manually do a "Exclude device" operation, rather than "Delete device", as the latter would imply that PCM would attempt to re-discover the device in subsequent cycles..
