Basic IP Routing in GBE2c switch

Hi,
I have one C7000 enclosure installed, in it we have two GBE2c switch, I want to use IP addresses of different classes On NIC1 of each server.
To accomplish this I have to enable basic routing on my switch, there is some confusion whether I have to assign IP on each uplink port for different subnet, and then what will be next step.

Waiting for detailed reply as I have not got the satisfactory answer in technical documentaion.
