Cannot find modem driver (Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem)

The HP Pavilion a1034n comes with a Windows XP modem driver from Agere Systems (version 2.1.41.10, 6/29/2004).

Checking the download page for the a1034n, there is no link for downloading the current driver or any upgrades:

Is there another URL for downloading that driver?

not sure if this is for your particular modem or not -- http://www.agere.com/entnet/modem_drivers.html .. chek around the Agere Systems web site for the driver ...
