Cisco 3020, update firmware from console port?

Cisco 3020, update firmware from console port?

Is it possible to update firmware on .tar files from the console port to a Cisco 3020 interconnect, C3000 enclosure? This is briefly mentioned in the firmware donwload page, but not sure how you would do it.

 

I guess TFTP server is another option, but we dont have one at the moment.
