cisco switch

i have switch 2950.
when i want enable fastinterface on this switch i saw this message.
switch#configuer t
switch(config)#interface fastinterface 0/1
switch(config-fa)#no shutdown
fa 0/1 can't be brought up becouse it failed post loopback test.
please help me.thanks

Are you seeing any failure message on POST? It can be a hardware failure on that interface.

all the interface for that show this message.it mean all of the interface is failed....!!!!!!
