I'm not aware of any way. The command structure and hierarchy are different in Cisco and HP devices. You need to create the configuration from scratch.

A good source of info, the HP Networking and Cisco CLI Reference Guide.

 

CLI ref of ProVision, Comware5, and Cisco in side-by-side comparison. Not all inclusive, but alot of the "daily" config needs.  ....and it's free!

May not cover every command/config option you have, but should get you started.
