configure port mirroring in production core switch (Procurve 9308m)

I want to configure port mirroring in production core switch (Procurve 9308m) to monitor all vlan traffic in our network. This production core switch is also configured for High Availability. Will port mirroring create any issues in the network?

 

Please advise how to configure the same and thanks a lot in advance!!!
