Sorry to say but as this is an HP Forum....contact either Dell or Cisco. Is their support that bad you need to resource at HP?

If I would have the answer I would give it to you...I do not as I am ProCurve Engineering.

Drop Dell, buy HP switches. I've heared horror stories about Dell switches. If you don't want to throw it away, use it as a dumb, non-managed switch to minimize the impact on your LAN
