Configuring Static IP Routes onHP6108

Attached is my scenario, I know in Procurve 6108, I can do static routing, all wifi users connected to internet w/o proxy server and rest of the clients uses proxy and mail server, problem is some of mobile users need to access LAN . can I route mobile users through HP 6108 so they can access the LAN.
