Drops Rx - ProCurve Switch 2650

Hi,

what does the output on an interface mean, when there are Drops Rx ?!
In the case of an uplink, does this mean packets are drops when they leave the switch or receive ?
Actually I troubleshoot a customer network and I saw on different Uplinks Drops Rx!
Does this indicate if the buffers are full ?
Also I sniff with wireshark and saw messages like "..reassembled packet...". Maybe these are from Jumbo Frames ?

I'm open to suggestions...thanks
