HP/Aruba 2530 24G PoE+ Switch (J9773A) - n. 8 ports not working

Hi,

I have HP 2530 switch with last Aruba Firmware "YA.16.10.0010".

Ports 9 to 16 are not working. No led status, are dead.

System doesn't show errors or problems, configuration is set to default, no tagged ports, no spanning tree.

Can someone help me? Thank you

Hi @queued1975 !

According your explanation it is a hardware issue, so you need to contact HPE Support, log a case and request a replacement if eligible.
