HP Blade GbE2c CDP NATIVE VLAN MISMATCH
When I connected the cable on interface FastEthernet1/0/8 , I had the following errors :
25w2d: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface FastEthernet1/0/15, changed state to up
25w2d: %CDP-4-NATIVE_VLAN_MISMATCH: Native VLAN mismatch discovered on FastEthernet1/0/8 (8), with swback00 FastEthernet1/0/15 (1).
25w2d: %CDP-4-NATIVE_VLAN_MISMATCH: Native VLAN mismatch discovered on FastEthernet1/0/8 (8), with swback00 FastEthernet1/0/15 (1).
It's strange because it shouldn't have relation between the port 20 and the others ports of the switch GbE2c ( 21, 22,23,24) , here the port 23.
In fact the port 20 is used to accessing at the management ip of the switch GbE2c while the 21, 22,23,24 ports are used to connecting the data production .
Do you have an idea why I have this issue ?
Thank you

Re: HP Blade GbE2c CDP NATIVE VLAN MISMATCH
Looks like a loop.
Change your logging to log with timestamps.
I haven't configured a C7000 before (we're just starting to buy them, 1 on its way so far), but it *looks* like the blade chassis switch didn't have its VLAN configured on it. Once I get to play with these, I'll understand it better.
