HP procurve web interface doesn't recognize username and password

When I open up my hp procurve, select a switch, and use webagent access the switch. When I try to look at my VLAN configuration on the switch (5300xl), a window pops up asking for username and password. When I type in the correct username and password, it doesn't let into the VLAN configuration. This only happens on a couple of switches in my network, some work..some don't. Can you help?

Check the latest firmware to see if there is a fix for this issue, what are the other switches in your network ? Which username and password you are trying to use ?
