HP Routing/Switch baseline MIB's
I would like to track some baseline performance statistics on the HP9308. I have searched through the HP mib's looking for things like cpu load %, memory buffers or free memory, but haven't found what I am looking for. Can someone point me to the correct mib for this type of information or could someone suggest what they track to get a picture of how the unit is running.
Thanks,
Robert
Thanks,
Robert

Re: HP Routing/Switch baseline MIB's
OK here they are.
snAgGblCpuUtilData
fdry.1.1.2.1.35
Syntax: Gauge
Read only Shows the CPU utilization since the last time the same
command was given.
snAgGblCpuUtil1SecAvg
fdry.1.1.2.1.50
Syntax: Gauge
Read only Shows CPU utilization every one second.
snAgGblDynMemUtil
fdry.1.1.2.1.53
Syntax: Gauge
Read only Shows the dynamic memory utilization of the device in
percentage units.
snAgGblDynMemTotal
fdry.1.1.2.1.54
Syntax: Integer
Read only Shows the total amount of dynamic memory in a device in
number of bytes.
snAgGblDynMemFree
fdry.1.1.2.1.55
Syntax: Integer
Read only Shows the amount of system dynamic memory that is currently
available in number of bytes.
Hope this helps. All MIBS to compile can be found at http://www.hp.com/rnd/software/MIBs.htm
The order to compile is in the .exe file after you extract.
Hope this helps.
Thanks, Ardon
