HP StorageWorks 8 Port Upgrade License

How do you generate the license? Do you need the actual license in hand to generate it. What is the website? I have a customer that is accustomed to having the Sales order number to order Command View licenses but this doesn't seem to be the same procedure. I told her she would need to wait for the certificate and it would have all the information she needs. She needs it immediately. Is there a way to obtain this faster than using the number on the document?
