HP2650 switch update

I don't manage to upgrade a Hp2650 with new firmware H.08.53 (wich also ugrade the rom) by TFTP.
My rom version is actually : H.7.XX
But the new firmware can upgrade only from the H.07.02 rom version.

I've updated others 2650 without problems (because the older fimware was H.07.02)

I tried an older firmware H.07.56, but there was the same problem.

How can I do to upgrade this switch ?

I found the error...
There's a firewall between the switch and the tftpserver, there were no rules accepting tftp access from the switch.

After adding the right rule, it worked...:)
