i can't log on on web interface on switch HP A5500

hi, somebody help me with is problem pls ...I can not access the HP A5500 switch through the web interface i only have a pw but i don't a user ... how create a new user and pw to access the Web inteface.

you have to create the local user and the password using CLI

Once you have this configured, you should be able to login through webpage

local-user admin
password cipher password
authorization-att lev 3
serv telnet

serv web
quit
user-int vty 0 15
authentication-mode scheme

i do this but the switch don't accept the statement SERVER WEB it deny this statament
