Re: JG924A
Hi,
It seems that 1920-24G-JG924A does not have any images to boot.
You can verify which files you have on flash with тАЬ3. Display all files in flashтАЭ.
If you have any .bin files then you need select them from тАЬ2. Select image to bootтАЭ.
If you do not have any .bin files at all then you need to download the image to flash selecting тАЬ1. Download image to flashтАЭ using the listed options.
Then you need to select the image and to reboot.
Please always verify using тАЬ3. Display all files in flashтАЭ
The 1920 24G images you can find on the link:
https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JG924A
I hope this helps.
Best regards

Re: JG924A
Hi again,
Just to add that previous procedure is for the 1950 bootrom menu which I see, is a slightly different than the bootware menu of 1920. The logic is the same so please find below my suggestion:
Verification which files are available on flash:
<4> File Control then <1> Display All File
If there are not any available you need to download the image to flash:
<3> Enter Ethernet SubMenu then
<5> Modify Ethernet Parameter then
<2> Update Main Application File
Finally from the main bootware menu
1> Boot System
Please search for Table 7 BootWare menu options where there are also examples for the above activities:
