Module J4894A in 9308M(J4138A) down repeatedly

I've a 9308M routing-switch and periodically one of my J4894A modules is down.I reset the J4894A module and work but after some minutes is down again. My Software is 07.8.00aT53 (the last version i think) . There is any cause (bug,etc) of this behavior reported? Thanks in advance.
