Monitor Internet Usage (Packet Sniff)

I have two Procurve 4000M switches running my network. I would like to be able to monitor internet usage so I downloaded Ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com) and to use this correctly, I have to enable Port Spanning so that I can monitor ALL traffic. Can someone help me accomplish this? Thanks, Jeremy

HP calls it Port Monitoring. It's covered in detail in Chapter 6 of the ?? Management and Configuration Guide for the HP ProCurve Switches 1600M, 2424M, 4000M, and 8000M (September 1999) on
