Need driver for Rockwell Riptide Combo for upgrade to XP (Pavillion 4450)

Hi,

I recently upgraded my mom's Pavillion 4450 to XP, because the 98SE crashed on her, and everything works, except the modem.

I tried some different drivers from driverguide.com, and even 2000 drivers from HP's website, but whenever i load the drivers, the modem is recognized, but listed as "not responding"
or something of that sort. Does anyone have any ideas?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
