PCM 3 Local Agent License expired?

I downloaded, installed and updated PCM v3 and it was all working fine. It notified me that the trial licenses were going to expire, so I obtained the free 50 device license from the My Procurve portal and installed that.

Since the trial licenses expired, I can now no-longer access many agent functions (such as configuration scan/deploy, software update) and I'm not getting traffic information. If I go into the agent manager screen, it says 'Licenses: -1' at the bottom.

Can anyone shed any light on what might be going wrong here? My understanding was the PCM included a local agent by default - I can't find any mention of needing to obtain a separate license for it.

you must see two lisance key for one pcm for two pcm agent

My networking > My Licenses > View Licenses

All I can see is Licences for "ProCurve Manager V3" (I accidentally registered more than one)

If I select one I get
