PCM Plus Service fails if connection to network is lost

Good Day,

I am running PCM plus version A01.50 on a Windows XP laptop.

Whenever the management server laptop looses connectivity to the network, the management server service needs to be restarted again in order to use the product again.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hi,

Yep, then you get the message that that "Typhoon lost connection". Either restart the application or the service. This is a known issue as I understtd from HP-support. They are working on a fix for the next release.
