PCM policies

I have PCM B.02.201.
The policies alert doesn't work: I have set a policy to send an email with informational traps.
I have tried with different configurations but only the manual test works!
Is there a bug?

I have not upgraded the software.
I have first removed the 2.0 and then installed 2.2.
