ProCurve switch event log - user disconnected
Hello,
we use a proliant ProCurve 2524 switch (latest firmware).
I can find in the events log messages like "SME SHH Session - MANAGER Mode Established" but I cannot find any related message when the user logs out or gets disconnected.
Is it normal? Any chance to force the console to describe this kind of events?
Thank you in advance and best regard,
Maurizio Galeone

Re: PROCURVE switch event log - user disconnected
Yes this is the normal behaviour for 2524 switches
The hardware doesn't have the capability like newer models do. The 2524 was also discontinued and went end of life several years ago, so there won't be any further firmware updates available for it in the future.
