Providing Solution

Hi
I am using Procurve 2650 switch
now only 15 port is working in switch and i have reset the switch but there is no solution also it is not working in hyper terminal

please provide me the best solution for the same ASAP

try resetting the switch to factory default (will erase the configuration)
use the steps below:
Using the Clear/Reset Buttons

1. Simultaneously press both the Reset and Clear Buttons on the front of the switch.
2. Continue to press the Clear button while releasing the Reset button.
3. When the Self Test LED begins to flash, release the Clear button.

The switch will then complete its self test and begin operating with the configuration restored to the factory default settings.
