"Connect to WebAgent" not working in PCM 2.3

"Connect to WebAgent" not working in PCM 2.3

I've upgraded from PCM 2.2 to 2.3 and I now cannot get the "Connect to WebAgent" function to work. I'm not sure why but it working fine in 2.2.

I woudl also like to add that none of the hyperlinks under my preferences work either ( ie. https://my.procurve.com/ )

The problem was due to a browser setting. IE was not checking to see if it was the default web browser. This setting had been disabled.
