HP A7984A 4/8 SAN Switch, error is given as above. What could be the problem

Hello ,
This error stay at indicate a defective Hardware.
Whenever this error occurs,
1) restart the system at the next maintenance window.
2) If the problem persists, replace the blade.
In this case you need to replace the switch.
