SNTP time synchronization on HP ProCurve Switches

Hello everyone.
I have this situation in my office:

- 3 ProCurve 2524 Switch and 2 ProCurve 2824 Switch.
- 3 VLANS (default, internet, ip-vlan)
And I can't config this switches to synchronize time from Windows Server 2003 (located in default VLAN).
May be Server 2003 don't hear SNTP?
My configuration commands (in all switches):

HPSwitch#timesync sntp
HPSwitch#sntp unicast
HPSwitch#sntp server 172.16.10.120 3
____________________________________________
HP Switches have this IP addresses: 172.16.10.10-172.16.10.14
All other configs in default state.
Result: all switches don't synchronize time.

What I do wrong?
If anybody can help?

I changed Enabled from 0 to 1"

I do it and everything is synchronized.
