Something about ospf

Hi,all
I have a problem about ospf and stp,in the loop network topology,before the stp form a stable topology,can ospf's hello message interchange with each other,and can ospf convergece?

Hi,

Before any traffic can flow as normal your STP topology would have to be stable. STP works by logically blocking links so regardless of what layer the traffic is operating on (OSPF hello's, LLDP, TCP.. anything) it won't traverse a link that is in the blocked state.
