updating switches using PCM+ 2.2

I keep getting the following error when scheduled updates run

Wed Aug 29 18:50:18 BST 2007 02/26/90 02:45:21 tftp: RCVD error:1, msg: File not found

where does PCM+ look for the file?

Hi

The PCM+ receives the firmware file from HP ftp, so you have to be sure that your PCM+ server can access the internet.
