Upgrading from PCM 2.0 to PCM 2.1?

Upgrading from PCM 2.0 to PCM 2.1?

We have PCM 2.0 and I'd like to upgrade it to 2.1 and get the latest mini updates. Because 2.1 is an incremental update I am assuming its free for license holders of 2.0? Do I have to download the whole 360mb 2.1 file and install over the top of my current version?

The only help I have found so far on the release notes and website relate to upgrading from a 1.x version.

It is a free update, and you will need to download the entire 2.1 package.
