3com 4500 deleted boot files

our boot files were deleted on our 3com 4500 switch. i have no idea what i am supposed to do to get these back. Any help is great.

I'm a switching newbie, but can't you interrupt the boot process by pressing Ctrl-B while in the serial port, and load the OS through tftp?
