forwarded vlans on ports, but lost control of the router when the network was connected, vlan 10 and 13 are used

also there are 15 vlan I can not configure it for printers on port 1 it comes in the tag I configure the port in the access pvid 15 the printer does not respond what am I doing wrong?

Do you mean to say that whenever you are assigning Port to vlan 10 and 13 then lost the control of the router?

Is there any firewall in the network?

Can you traceroute and also check the logs?
