Radius authentication for procurve 2824
Hardware: Server 2008 R2 running NPS (radius server) and HP Procurve 2824
Problem: The only authentication type that works when authenticating from the switch to the radius server is PAP. How do I change this to CHAP? I have searched all over to no avail.
Please help!
Thanks

Re: Radius authentication for procurve 2824
Hi
Could you clarify a little?
aaa authentication port-access gives you options chap-radius, eap-radius or local.

Re: Radius authentication for procurve 2824
I think it meant login method such as SSH only supports pap. I have no problem with the port-security, though can a login method such as ssh be change from pap to chap?
