Web Interface gone after login

Product:  3Com Baseline Plus Switch 2900 Gigabit Family - 52 port (3CRBSG5293) - a.k.a. HP 1910-48G Switch (JE009A)

Problem: Web Interface GUI gone after login (Login page presents itself correctly!)

Attempted sollutions so far: Downloaded newest bin file and upgraded via xmodem / console port. As far as I can see it's succesfull, but the problem remains.

Perhaps update the .web application file.
