Connect to Windows and Execute a executable from linux host

Hi

How would i be able to connect to a Windows machine and execute a executable which resides there?

using samba you can do this.

connect the shared windows drive from linux through samba and then execute.

Check out libsmbclient. I am sure you can find some examples on the web.
