Good Exceed docs?
Could you introduce me several good docs about exceed servers?
Our exceed server babies(one N4000, one J5600 & one J5000) couldn't satisfy our needs, so I want to make them a little more 'mature'.
Thanks a lot!

Re: Good Exceed docs?
Just my explanation, maybe superficial:
An exceed server is a powerful UNIX server that mainly handles multiple simultaneous connections from the PC, especially the X tools like Hummingbirds Exceed.
* PC acts as an X-Terminal to a UNIX Server, it runs Exceed software which acts as X client(taking X Services)
* UNIX Server acts as an X Server(offering X Services)
* benifit:
=== therefore, less UNIX boxes to administer.
=== Cost benefit of UNIX Server + PC over UNIX workstation on the desk
=== Migration of some corporate tools to the PC environment for convenience
?

Re: Good Exceed docs?
Check out http://www.citrix.com for details. It installed easily; the licensing was a hassle, but worth it.
These days, there is just no reason to have a PC X server software. We have prohibited our endusers from buying any PC X software at all.
