Input packet errors
I recieve Input packet errors on lan0 when I clear it using lanadmin, after sometime i can see inbound errors again i have checked the connectivity and status of card its seems to be ok.
Any one can suggest is their card problem or any other.
Regrds,
Shreyas

Re: Input packet errors
Input errors could be caused by a bad negotiation of the speed between the switch and the network adapter.
Ensure that the switch and the network adapter are using the same speed, or manually set them.

Re: Input packet errors
hi gurus
Even we recieve lots of input packet errors. we clear it using lanadmin.
Is there a way to avoid this?
A patch which can take care of this?
we don't have access to the hardware.
any help will be appreciated.
thanks
sunny
