Kannel URL issue installed in Ubuntu on AWS

I had installed Ubuntu 16.04 on AWS and then installed Kannel 1.4.5. Had started bearerbox, sqlbox and smsbox. But while trying to sent SMS through URL, browser displays "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". While checked by inserting table directly in PhpMyadmin; was able to send messages and receive DLR. Can anyone help me to find out the cause? Thanks.
