Re: ULTRIUM-TD2 Tape drive using stape driver.
Does the driver works properly with stape driver?
You could remove the stape driver.so that atdd driver will bind with that drives.
In 11iv3, we have a command called "iobind" to bind a driver to a particular device.
Best Regards,
Ramesh

Re: ULTRIUM-TD2 Tape drive using stape driver.
Does the driver works properly with stape driver?
The tapes are working with stape driver. But data compression is not working properly.
You could remove the stape driver.so that atdd driver will bind with that drives.
How do I remove stape driver? You mean disable it from kernel? Do I need to reboot so tape drives start using atdd?
Thanks for your time,
Regards.
Fernando.
