New 5G Webinar Series Focuses on Operational Aspects: Running a Software-Defined Network

There are many advantages to developing and deploying a containerized 5G network function with common microservices, however finding a methodology to model the capacity of a 5G network function comprised of multiple containerized microservices can be tricky. In this webinar, with HPE’s Rob Heldenbrand, Sue Rudd from Strategy Analytics and Declan O’Boyle from Intel Network and Custom Logic Group, we will discuss the use of known queueing theories and steady state modelling to understand the capacity of each microservice, thus being able to determine the capacity of a 5G network function.
