關於swap reserved space
#swapon -s 看到 Reserved space一直維持在25%
但是我用vmstat 發現pin pout的值一直有變動
請問page in and page out 是在resvered space裡面動作而已嗎
那是不是說page in and page out的值越大,我的reserved space 的i/o量就越大,對我的performance影響越大,雖然reserved space 的值是不動的

關於swap reserved space
Hi Joey,
The default system setting "vm-swap-eager=1" for swap reserved. You could change it to "0" in /etc/sysconfigtab then rebooting.
More page-out indicates it has less free memory. Even it has a large free memory, the reserved swap will be increased step by step after new processes creat and stopping (system hang intermitently) when it over 90%.
All of page out are used the item "In-use space".
PS: The reserved swap at 25% that had reserved by these current system and AP processes.
Best regards,
Richard.
